What we collect

When you become a PFAA member or subscribe to our newsletter, we collect: your name, email address, graduation year, optional contact details (phone, social handles, current city), and Stripe billing information. Stripe processes all payments — PFAA never stores credit card numbers.

How we use it

We use your information to administer your membership, send you the Pirate Report and event communications, display your profile in the members-only directory (only fields you've made public), and meet our 501(c)(3) reporting obligations.

Who we share with

We don't sell or share your data with third parties for marketing. Service providers we use to operate the site — Stripe (payments), Resend (email), Supabase (hosting/database), Vercel (web hosting) — are bound by their own privacy policies and may process your data on our behalf.

Your controls

You can edit your profile or delete your account anytime from Account Settings. To unsubscribe from emails, use the link at the bottom of any message.
