Acceptance

By creating an account or contributing to PFAA, you agree to these terms. PFAA is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization based in Pittsburg, California.

Membership

Membership is annual. Contributions are charitable donations — they come with member benefits but are not refundable. You can cancel future renewals from Account Settings; access continues through the end of your paid period.

Conduct

You agree to use the directory, photo gallery, and other member features in good faith. PFAA may remove content that is harassing, defamatory, sexually explicit, or violates the privacy of fellow members. Repeated violations may result in account suspension.

User content

You retain ownership of photos and content you upload. By uploading, you grant PFAA a non-exclusive license to display, store, and feature that content within PFAA properties (website, newsletters, social channels).

No warranty

The site is provided as-is. We work hard to keep it running and accurate, but make no warranties as to availability, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.
